Dr. Dae-Young Kim

Dr. Dae-Young Kim, President of SOLiD is responsible for SOLiD’s wirelesss business in EMEA and the Americas. He started his career at Motorola, USA and was a founding member of Airvana which consumated with an IPO on NASDAQ. He co-founded Nable Communications in Korea and served as President & CEO. During his tenure, Nable did an IPO in KOSDAQ. Additionally, he was a Senior VP at Samsung Electronics Network Business responsible for Global Services handling wireless infrastructure installation, network optimization, and professional services. Dae-Young holds a B.S. & M.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from Seoul National University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
